<a href="http://5blocksout.com/d/4208-cafe-novo">Cafe Novo</a> is a lovely little spot to stop in and do some reading while drinking a nice hot beverage. It&#8217;s a recent addition to Bloor Street across from the High Park, making it a very convenient stop en route to the playground. They make homemade scones and other delicious looking baked goods on the premises. Yumm. There is a big table in the back, and free wifi making it a nice work spot as well.</p>

These photos are not up to standard, but don&#8217;t let that reflect badly upon this fantastic cheese shop. The owner is very friendly and brings in a lovely selection of cheeses.  I tasted a few outstanding samples from France and Quebec.  So if you are out standing with nothing to do, I suggest you put one foot in front of the other and walk on over to Chabichou at <a href="http://maps.google.ca/maps?q=196+borden+street+toronto&amp;oe=utf-8&amp;client=firefox-a&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;split=0&amp;gl=ca&amp;ei=hZMkSrzUOZO-MuXylIoF&amp;z=16&amp;iwloc=A">Harbord</a> and Borden. They also make baguettes on the premises.  Yummmmmmm.<br />

The menu is small and the food is excellent.  I highly recommend a little Mexican bite when you stop in for coffee.</p>
